The Food

Now open for lunch: all huts are open for lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and vacation weeks from 11:30-1:30. February Vacation Week is February 18th-26th.

The food at the huts is outstanding. Named a Top Six Ski Destination for Foodies by the Epoch Times, we're known for our impressive backcountry cuisine. Using locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible, our talented hut staff works tirelessly to bring you three unforgettable meals each day. Dinner, breakfast and a trail lunch are included with overnight stays, and lunch is available for day guests to purchase during full-service season on Saturdays, Sundays, and vacation weeks from 11:30-1:30.The huts are stocked with delicious baked goods daily.

Bagged trail lunch included with overnight stays

Gluten free? Vegan? Allergic to beets? We understand. Simply explain your food requirements to your reservationist at the time of booking and we’ll make sure to prepare something perfect for you. Since the meals are planned in advance, it’s important to notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you make your reservation.
