Maine Huts & Trails Meals & Dietary Food Options

The Food

Three meals are included with every overnight stay in full-service season only. This year, full-service season starts on Friday, June 23rd. Until then, guests must pack-in and pack-out all their own food, and overnight guests have access to the commercial kitchens in the huts.

The food at the huts is outstanding. Named a Top Six Ski Destination for Foodies by the Epoch Times, we're known for our impressive backcountry cuisine. By teaming up with nearby farms, we procure sustainably raised meat, fresh produce, and grains to keep the huts stocked with high quality ingredients, used by our talented hut crew to prepare three meals per day.

Here are just a few of the Maine farmers and food producers supplying the huts >>

Dinner, breakfast and a trail lunch are included with overnight stays, and lunch is available for day guests to purchase during full-service season on Saturdays, Sundays, and vacation weeks from 11:30-1:30.The huts are stocked with delicious baked goods daily.
