Trip Idea: Flagstaff Shoreline Paddle

Trip Description 

Flagstaff Hut, located on the sandy east shore of Flagstaff Lake, is a favorite for families and outdoor enthusiasts of all ages looking to spend relaxing time together. Guests can enjoy swimming, canoeing, standup paddleboarding, and kayaking on the lake (boats available), scenic walks around the lake or hiking in the Bigelow Range, which is just a short paddle or drive away.

Itinerary Summary

After a delicious breakfast, spend the day exploring the shores of Flagstaff Lake; swimming, paddling, and taking in the stunning views of the Bigelow Mountain Range. Find private beaches, hidden coves, and tiny islands along the way. You'll return to the hut between 2:00 – 4:00 PM for a locally sourced dinner and relaxing evening around a campfire.

Itinerary Outline

Day 1 Check into Flagstaff Hut and enjoy a home-cooked meal with a relaxing evening.
Day 2 After breakfast, set-out on a day of exploration in and around Flagstaff Lake before you return for dinner.
Day 3 Enjoy breakfast at the hut before checking out.



Total cost depends on the number of nights, adults/youth, and member status.


Two nights of lodging at one hut, all meals.
