L.L.Bean Educational Grant
Earlier this year, we received a grant from L.L.Bean to the Maine Huts & Trails Youth Outdoor Experience Fund. Thanks to their generous support, we celebrated a successful summer by being able to offer discounted trips for qualified youth groups from May through October. L.L.Bean and Leon and Lisa Gorman were pivotal in establishing Flagstaff Lake Hut in 2009, a favorite spot for our visiting groups. We are grateful for their support over the years, and the lasting impact a summer visit to the huts will provide the next generation.
