Above the Treeline Presentation

Guests and afternoon visitors were treated to a great talk by Amanda Reimer at Stratton Brook Hut this past Friday. Amanda delved into the “living worlds” of the alpine zones in Maine, with a focus on plant communities, lichens and bryophytes, and animals. Her past experience in Alaska provided some unique insight into similarities between our western and eastern-most states.
