Our trails are always free, and our huts are open everyday during the winter season. Due to the remote nature of the huts and the advanced planning needs, we follow a strict cancellation policy. Please note, we don’t close the huts for inclement weather (we love big snowstorms!).
Winter
Reservations under 10 people are fully refundable up to 15 days before the trip. Reservations within 14 days of the trip are non-refundable and cannot be modified or rescheduled.
Groups of 10 or larger require a 25% non-refundable deposit, and follow the current cancellation policy for the remainder.
Summer
Rentals require a 25% deposit that is refundable up to 45 days before the trip. Rentals cancelled within 45 days of the stay are non-refundable.
While we understand weather, road, trail conditions and health issues can be challenging, please note that our cancellation policy remains unchanged. For those with concerns, you may wish to consider travel insurance.
