The Experience

Hosts Jeff and Chris Davis return for a third year providing a well balanced trail running and wellness menu. The weekend includes guided trail running with functional running exercises, natural running instruction, and strength/maintenance training. Rejuvenation includes mindfulness meditation, yoga, sauna, and cold plunge. Outside of trail running, enjoy the lodge and lake with canoes, kayaks, swimming, and outdoor firepits. Healthy, whole food based meals are included and provided by the hosts.

Did you know 50% of runners get injured every year? This weekend will provide you with instruction to learn to run naturally, the way our bodies are meant to run. You will gain knowledge and tools to improve your running form which will keep you running longer and pain free.

“AMAZING!! I cannot say enough about how incredible every single meal was. I am deeply appreciative of the care, thought, and work that went into each meal. In fact, I think a Breaking Trails cookbook is needed!”
