Summer Events at Maine Huts & Trails

August 31st-September 1st Xterra Trail Run World Championships

World-Class trail marathoners will be running on our trails for the grueling 26 mile race on Sunday, September 1st. Volunteer at our aid station by Stratton Hut, help out Xterra for their weekend event, or just come cheer them on! Maine Huts will be joining the festivities at Sugarloaf Mountain, and local races will be happening Saturday, August 31st.

September 21st-22nd Harvest at the Huts

Our special harvest dinner and overnight will be catered this year by local favorites Ferme Louis. Formerly Alice & Lulu's, this local team will be crafting a delicious multicourse dinner to welcome the fall equinox at Stratton Brook Hut. Live music by the Geoff Goodhue Duo, stargazing, and an outdoor fire will make this a night to remember! Get your tickets!

September 21st Make-A-Wish Trailblazer Challenge

Join Make-A-Wish for a 23 mile journey on the Maine Hut Trail to raise much-needed funds to grant the wishes of children in Maine with critical illnesses. We are thrilled to offer our trail system for this great fundraising event. Join the epic trek here!
