I offer my heartfelt gratitude to the many staff members who ensured for me a wonderful birthday week celebration in magnificent Maine! From sharing my excitement for my adventure, to the special considerations given to my dietary needs, post-run beverage preferences and birthday dessert, to guidance about trail conditions and other route advice, everyone was present, pleasant and diligent.
