Winter Hut Trips

During the winter season, we offer nightly hut stays with private rooms. Guests may book single or multi-hut trips and ski, snowshoe or fat bike along our free multi-use trails.

  • Three huts open everyday from December 27th to March 23rd. Stop in for a day visit or book an overnight trip.
  • Two types of trips: Full service with meals provided (Thursday -Sunday) and self service where you bring your own provisions (Monday – Wednesday).
  • Optional gear shuttle for full service days. Self service guests pack their gear in.
  • Over 20 miles of groomed backcountry trail, linking to miles of additional snowshoe and fat baking routes stewarded by our partners CRNEMBA, the Town of Carrabassett Valley, Sugarloaf, Bigelow Preserve, Appalachian Trail, Northern Forest Canoe trail and the Eastern Divide Trail.
