Great Time

We thoroughly enjoyed our 'walk in the woods' this late May weekend. The views hiking to Stratton Brook Hut were bejeweled with only partially opened, chartreuse leaves on the trees, allowing views of the still-snowy Sugarloaf trails. The trilliums were out in full show – both red and white; the weather was perfect through all three days, and SOME of us ended the trip with a dip in the river as we rejoined the carriage road returning from Poplar Stream Hut. We all agreed it was great fun, and a wonderful opportunity to reconnect not only with nature but also with our friends. We're planning our next MH&T trip already!
