Distance: 6.6 miles

Level: Intermediate

Ski with us to Poplar Stream Hut! The beginning part of the trail leaves the Airport Trailhead and winds through the woods along the Carrabassett River. After crossing Poplar Stream, the trail ascends up to Poplar Stream Hut, where guests may purchase an optional lunch and warm up by the fireplace. An optional side trip to view the nearby waterfalls is available. This outing will feature moderate climbs and descents, along with rolling hills.
