Happy Opening Day!

Our winter season kicked off on Saturday, December 27th with the opening of our Stratton Brook, Poplar Stream and Flagstaff Lake Huts. Conditions were perfect for snowshoeing and skiing to the huts, and we were thrilled to welcome day visitors and our first guests. For those looking to stay longer, overnight visits provide a unique winter experience while directly supporting our nonprofit organization and helping us maintain the trails, lodges, and programs that make this community resource possible. Don’t forget, our trails are always free to use.

We are excited for the upcoming New Year and what the season has to bring. Come by and say hi to our new hut staff, purchase a weekend hot lunch, and enjoy yourselves out on the trail!
