“We enjoyed our snowshoe hike into Stratton Brook Hut. Once we got there, we had a relaxing, fun visit. The hut is warm and comfortable, and the views of the Bigelows and Sugarloaf are fantastic. The staff was friendly and amenable to our requests. The meals were home-cooked and delicious. We met and talked to some day visitors, got a great tour of the facility, and relaxed before bunking down. In the morning, we were able to hang around until the weather cleared, and fresh muffins came out of the oven, and made our way back down to the trailhead.
