- Early bird morning activity
- Breakfast, followed by guided hike down to trailhead
The Knowledge
Each year, we bring in foraging experts to guide our attendees through the foraging and ID process. This year, we are excited to welcome Zack from Rewild Maine, a nonprofit which teaches small-scale place-based skills and workshops for long-term regenerative foraging.

The Location
Stratton Brook Hut is perched atop Oak Knoll, and offers stunning views of the Bigelow Mountain Range. The lodge features 10 bunkrooms with mattresses and pillows, private showers and toilets, a great room with books and games, and large dining space with mountain views. A screened porch, outdoor firepit, and trails directly from the lodge round out this unique mountaintop experience.

The Food
Chef Pete returns for a third year! His innovative take on foraged food items offers a culinary adventure through what can be made possible with easily accessible ingredients. This multi-course meal is guaranteed to leave you satisfied. We are excited to see if he can top last years mushroom caviar!
