Live music and great food are on the menu for our annual Harvest at the Huts event. Hike or mountain bike up to Stratton Brook Hut for a relaxing overnight with great company. Live string band music by Landline, based out of Vermont, and a multi-course meal by local chef Spencer Lee will round out the fun and delicious overnight event. After an evening session around the bonfire, stay in one of 8 bunkrooms and wake up to views of the Bigelow Mountain Range.

The Artists

Enjoy their foot-stomping string tunes with afternoon and evening concerts. Night owls may even get an acoustic session around the firepit!

Chef Spencer Lee

Local chef (and Maine Huts alum) Spencer Lee of Maine Mountain Chef returns to Stratton Brook Hut to craft our Harvest Dinner. Spencer is the primary chef of Hug’s Italian Cuisine right here in Carrabassett Valley, and runs a successful catering business for local events. We are thrilled to welcome his talent for local flavor back to the huts!
