Winter Public Lunches 26/27

Winter Public Lunches Return to the Huts! Trek in, warm up, and refuel. Our weekend public lunches are back at Stratton Brook, Poplar Stream, and Flagstaff Lake Huts, starting Sunday, December 27th.

Lunch Details

When: Saturdays and Sundays, 12 to 2pm
Where: Stratton Brook, Poplar Stream, and Flagstaff Lake Huts
Dates:

• Stratton Brook and Poplar Stream: through March 13th
• Flagstaff Lake: through March 20th

No reservations required! Just ski, snowshoe, or fat bike in and purchase homemade soup and sandwiches. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available, and hut staff often have tasty baked goods on hand too. Every hut accepts both cash and cards.

Cozy, Free Amenities

While you’re at the hut, take advantage of our free amenities:

• Carrabassett Coffee Company’s Backcountry Blend, available to all visitors thanks to our partners
• A selection of tea and hot water
• Potable water and bathrooms
• A warm wood stove and cozy seating

It’s the perfect place to rest your legs after the trek in and recharge for the trip out. Enjoy what we have to offer? Consider dropping some cash in our donation jars at the huts.
