Completely exceeded expectations. Quiet mid-week dates allowed us to "have the place to ourselves". Well marked trails, great location and fantastic Hut staff. Food was great. Shower after hiking was even better. Loved all the focus on sustainability. A true gem in the Maine woods. John

Fantastic evening at Poplar Hut with chef/author Christine Rudalevige! Lovely dinner and good conversation with old and new friends! Summer is a wonderful time to visit this part of Maine.
